About the role

Détient globalement l'activité de contrôle de projet et définit des spécifications fonctionnelles cohérentes et des processus globaux communs pour la mise en œuvre des projets. Responsibilities

  • Sert de manager/responsable technique pour développer un périmètre de travail, met en place le planning et contrôle les activités d'ingénierie des projets clients.
  • Assure le leadership technique et sert d'interface avec la gestion des propositions, l'estimation des coûts, les partenaires, les clients, l'Ingénierie de produit GE Vernova, l'approvisionnement, les sous-traitants d'Ingénierie.
  • Develop a deep understanding of a technical discipline. Based on previous experience and technical expertise, implement a policy/stategy.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the main operational factors; use this understanding to accomplish their own work.
  • Have a thorough understanding of how their own team's work integrates with other teams and contributes to their domain.
  • Show discernment and are able to propose different solutions outside of defined parameters, within an orientation.
  • Use multiple internal sources beyond their own team to make decisions.
  • This role is likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or a People Leader capable of hiring and developing talent. Provides informal guidance to new team members.

Requirements

For roles outside the US - This role requires significant experience in the function and audio digital workstation. Equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or a bachelor's degree with relevant experience). For roles in the US - A bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or a high school diploma and/or a general studies degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience in the function).

Pay and Schedule

The pay range for this position is between $89,300.00 and $148,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
