About the role

• Manage student programs and initiatives on the Davis campus.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to enhance educational experiences.
• Develop and implement strategies to support student success.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute student events and workshops.
• Assist in the recruitment and retention of students.
• Provide guidance and support to students through counseling and mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of student development theories and practices.
• Experience with student data management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
