Responsibilities
- Ensure Global Statistical Programming study deliverables for assigned products are met
- Set programming strategies based on standards and industry requirements
- Plan and monitor project progress while addressing any challenges
- Manage relationships and oversight of Functional Service Providers (FSP)
- Develop and manage resource plans and budgets for Global Statistical Programming
- Lead process improvement initiatives and contribute to cross-functional groups
- Mentor staff and support their career development
Qualifications
- Doctorate with 2 years of statistical programming experience in pharmaceuticals
- Master's with 6 years of statistical programming experience in pharmaceuticals
- In-depth knowledge of SAS, including SAS Graph, SAS STAT, SAS Macro, and SQL
- Strong SAS analysis and reporting skills
- Prior experience with regulatory submissions and compliance checks
- Experience in software development life cycles, including user requirements and technical specifications
