Station Manager (Player-Coach) – Portland, Oregon Pay: Up to $90,000 per year + Monthly Bonus Opportunities Location: Portland, Oregon | Onsite / Field-Based Operation: 24/7/365 Join SkyHop Global – Where Leaders Lead from the Front! SkyHop Global is a national leader in airline crew transportation, operating 24/7/365 across major U.S. markets. We are looking for a hands-on Station Manager to lead our Portland operation. This is a true player-coach role—approximately 50% of your time will be spent driving, supporting the operation, and leading your team from the front. What You’ll Do Lead daily station operations and ensure reliable, on-time serviceDrive approximately 50% of the time, transporting airline crew membersHire, train, coach, and develop Drivers and station team membersManage staffing, schedules, attendance, and daily operational needsEnsure compliance with SkyHop safety standards and company policiesMonitor KPIs, service levels, safety performance, and client expectationsPartner with Dispatch, Safety, Recruiting, HR, and OperationsBuild a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, service, and growth Driver Requirements Because This Position Requires Regular Driving, Candidates Must Have a valid driver’s licenseHave a clean driving record and meet SkyHop Global driver eligibility requirementsBe able to pass all required background checks, drug screening, and driving requirementsBe comfortable driving a passenger van and transporting airline crew membersMaintain safe driving standards and comply with all SkyHop Global safety policiesBe available to drive and support the operation days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed What We’re Looking For Proven leadership experience (transportation, logistics, hospitality, or operations a plus) A hands-on, lead-from-the-front leadership styleAbility to lead a fast-paced, 24/7 operationStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and team leadership abilitiesFlexibility and open availability to support the needs of the operation Why SkyHop Global?
