Station Manager

Envirotest, a subsidiary of Opus Inspection, delivers vehicle emissions testing equipment and services globally. Our mission is to make the world cleaner and safer through innovative technologies, customer focus, and operational excellence. The Station Manager oversees daily operations of our emissions station while fostering a safe and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of emission stations to ensure compliance with Envirotest’s policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Interview, hire, onboard, and assist with the training of new employees, providing continuous coaching, feedback, and support.
• Supervise and assign tasks to employees to ensure station efficiency.
• Create employee schedules based on forecasted customer traffic and operational needs.
• Ensure emission inspections are conducted accurately and efficiently to minimize customer wait times.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly operational activity reports.
• Manage inventory of station supplies.
• Coordinate facility maintenance, including groundskeeping, snow removal, janitorial upkeep, and painting.
• Promote a culture of safety by leading the station’s Safety Program to ensure the safety of employees and customers.
• Complete administrative paperwork related to station operations and finances.
• Conduct emissions tests as needed to maintain compliance with customer wait time expectations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the District or Operations Manager.
