About the role

To provide a prompt and warm reception of all guests and find suitable seating, while delivering outstanding customer service. Create a great first impression when guests arrive and a lasting impression as you invite departing guests back for another visit.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a cooperative and positive attitude at all times towards guests and fellow team members
• Ensure you are seating the most desirable tables at all times
• Anticipate guest transition and the timing of table turns
• Answer the phone for general customer service and taking reservations
• Seat guests
• Clean and reset dirty tables
• Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner
