About the role

Currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for Staten Island Preparatory at 23 Summit Street, Staten Island, NY 10307.

Full Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 A.M–4:00 P.M
10-month calendar with a 30-day summer session

• Supervise development and implementation of ABA services in agency's programs to ensure overall quality and consistency in service provision.
• Establish consistent data collection systems to measure, analyze, and create reports on academic, social, and behavioral performance.
• Participate in Child Study meetings, IEP reviews, Behavior Support planning, and parent clinics as needed.
• Provide expert supervision to staff on an individual or group level, based on current knowledge of theory, research, and best practices in developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders.
• Travel to the school site on a regular basis.

Requirements

• Master’s in Special Education, Social Work, or related Human Services field.
• BCBA Certification required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in providing and/or supervising ABA service programs and staff.

Pay

$87,409–$90,640 (Annual)
