State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
Live the Mission – full-time positions with shift differentials: $5 for 2P-10P, $3 for 10P-6A. 8-hour shifts; must be able to work every other weekend and every other holiday.
About the role
We are currently seeking a qualified State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team of professionals. As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the STNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will include delivering direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed.

Responsibilities
- Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients
- Deliver direct care to patients including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
- Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
- Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of a State-approved STNA program
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State; must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment
- One (1) year geriatric nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation; must remain current during employment
