Certified Nursing Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential basic nursing care and support to residents under the supervision of a Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN).

Responsibilities

• Meeting residents' personal care needs with compassion and professionalism
• Performing limited nursing techniques and observing resident conditions
• Reporting changes in resident health and ensuring services align with the Resident Bill of Rights

Qualifications

• Completion of or current participation in a CNA training course or equivalent
• Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
• American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Criminal background check in compliance with DHS requirements
• Preferred: At least one year of experience in a healthcare setting
