Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care & ADLs: Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and patient transfers/transport.
• Clinical & Safety Support: Assist RNs and physicians with clinical procedures, maintain clean patient environments, and proactively address safety hazards or emergencies.
• Observation & Reporting: Monitor and promptly report physical, mental, and emotional status changes to the nursing team.

Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• BLS Provider preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Memory care experience (preferred).
