• Providing care and education to residents according to their Care Plan
• Assisting with new admits, transfers, and discharges
• Communicating with the nursing department and other departments to ensure residents’ needs are met
• Answering residents’ Call Lights promptly
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must have a valid in-state CNA certification
