State Tested Nurse Assistant

About the role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated State-Tested Nurse Aides (STNAs) to join our team. As an STNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, assisting residents with activities of daily living, and supporting the healthcare team to enhance the quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being.
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
• Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
• Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team.

Requirements

• Active State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) certificate or in the process of scheduling/taking the state STNA exam.
• Graduated from a CNA training program.

Pay

• Base pay rate: $17‑$19.50 per hour, based on experience.
• Shift differentials: +$1.50 for afternoon shift, +$3.00 for midnight shift.

Schedule

Available shift: Night 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM.
