About the Role
Join a 100-bed facility where you’ll provide compassionate care in a supportive, mission-driven environment. As an STNA at Atrium Centers, you’ll build meaningful connections with residents and your team while making a real difference in their lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide resident care according to approved Care Plans
- Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety
- Follow infection control procedures and proper documentation practices
- Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights
- Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents
Requirements
- Completed CNA/STNA course and current state license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Service-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
- Positive attitude, reliability, and excellent attendance
- Passion for enhancing residents’ quality of life
