We are looking for compassionate, dependable STNAs who enjoy working with seniors and want to be part of a supportive long-term care team.
Schedule
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care while promoting resident dignity and independence
- Assist with meals, hydration, and other daily needs
- Observe residents and report changes or concerns to the nursing team
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
Requirements
- Current Ohio STNA certification
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
- Dependable with strong communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
