State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA)

CareCore at Lima is looking for compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide compassionate, high-quality care while maintaining residents' dignity and independence
• Record and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team
• Assist with meals, hydration, and daily routines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Work closely with nurses and other team members to provide excellent resident care

Requirements

• Current Ohio STNA certification
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and dependable attendance
