State Operations Manager, Georgia Based

While in the home, Community Health Workers complete assessments and screenings, often being the first to identify emerging issues below and above the knee. Belle is looking for a full-time State Operations Manager to lead high-performing field operations across Georgia by developing strong operational leaders, driving consistent execution, and ensuring Belle delivers an exceptional member experience as we scale. This role is based in Georgia, with regular field travel across the state (50-75% of time). Ensure the state meets or exceeds statewide monthly performance and quality benchmarks, including appointment completion rates, on-time performance, data quality, member satisfaction (CSAT), attendance, and CHW utilizationMonitor performance trends and risks across markets, Belle Operations Supervisors (BOS), and Community Health Workers (CHWs); drive corrective action plans and continuous improvementEnsure operational audits, quality reviews, and corrective actions are completed consistently and on timeReport performance, risks, and recommendations to the VP of OperationsManage and develop BOSs across Georgia through regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and coachingEstablish clear ownership and accountability across the State Operations Manager, BOS, CHW Lead, and CHW levelsEnsure BOSs independently own day-to-day CHW performance and escalations, resolving decisions at the appropriate levelDevelop leadership capabilities and a strong internal pipeline to support continued growthEnsure policies, workflows, and standards of care are executed consistently across the state, including monthly field ridealongsMaintain statewide visibility into CHW staffing, capacity, utilization, and demand, ensuring staffing is never a bottleneck to growthTranslate priorities into clear execution plans, resolve market inconsistencies, and drive adoption of new processes and technologyServe as the primary Georgia Operations point of contact for Member Operations, Clinical, Dispatch, HR, and Engineering, ensuring cross-functional initiatives are implemented effectively Requirements 5+ years of experience in field operations, or multi-site people management, including a track record of leading through frontline managersDemonstrated success managing to performance metrics (quality, productivity, member satisfaction) across multiple sites or marketsStrong coaching and people-development skills, with experience building and growing a manager benchComfortable working with data to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and drive corrective actionExcellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build trusted partnershipsWillingness to travel regularly across Georgia for field ridealongsA hands-on, execution-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-growing, evolving environmentGeorgia resident Benefits Competitive compensation based on experienceHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance Benefits401kPTO, Sick, Wellness leave, and Paid HolidaysOpportunity for significant career growth and expansion of responsibilitiesAbility to reshape an industry and protect lives
