State Operations Manager, Georgia Based

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in field operations, or multi-site people management, including a track record of leading through frontline managers
• Demonstrated success managing to performance metrics (quality, productivity, member satisfaction) across multiple sites or markets
• Strong coaching and people-development skills, with experience building and growing a manager bench
• Comfortable working with data to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and drive corrective action
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships
• Willingness to travel regularly across Georgia for field ridealongs
• A hands-on, execution-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-growing, evolving environment
• Georgia resident
