Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a positive and professional working environment focused on excellent service.
- Maintain facility cleanliness and organization, including tasks such as emptying trash, restocking inventory, and cleaning floors.
- Follow all safety rules and procedures in accordance with OSHA standards and company policies.
- Perform opening and closing checks as outlined in company policy.
- Provide customers with information and answer any questions about the services offered.
- During slower periods at the oil center, proactively seek out additional customers to increase service volume in the shop.
- Aid in the car wash area during busy hours as needed to support team efforts.
What We’re Looking For
- Applicants must be 18 years or older.
- Applicants must have a valid driver's license.
- Applicants must have a valid State Vehicle Inspectors License.
- Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow.
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet.
- Preferred Express Oil experience.
- Customer service experience.
Safety
- Adhere to safety policies, including the use of protective gear (i.e., safety goggles, bump cap, burn gloves, ear protection, etc.).
Work Environment
- Work takes place in a service bay setting, exposed to all weather conditions.
- Frequent physical activity is required: bending, reaching, stooping, stretching, and stepping in and out of vehicles.
