About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships and providing technical support.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products/services
- Provide training and documentation to customers
- Follow up on customer feedback and escalate issues as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or technical support
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in relevant software/tools (e.g., ticketing systems, CRM)
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of industry-specific products/services is a plus
