About the role

Kinstead helps experienced Nurse Practitioners across Maryland start their own independent practices, handling the business and operational work behind the scenes so you can focus on patient care. You own your practice, choose the patients you serve, and set your schedule. You can begin part‑time while keeping your current job and grow at whatever pace makes sense for you.

Requirements

• Experienced FNP, PMHNP, or other Nurse Practitioner
• Active Maryland NP license that meets the state’s requirements for independent practice
• Several years of experience caring for patients
• Strong ties to the community you hope to serve
• Have thought about starting your own practice (even if you’re unsure where to begin)
• Desire for greater ownership over how you care for patients and how you structure your work

Pay

NPs typically take home around $100–$150 per clinical hour, with the potential to earn around $250,000 annually in a full‑time practice.
