About the role

Kinstead helps experienced Nurse Practitioners across Connecticut start their own independent practices, providing the support needed to make it doable. You’ll own your practice, choose the patients you want to serve, and decide what your schedule looks like. Kinstead builds the infrastructure around your clinical work, helping you create a practice that fits how you want to work and the community you want to serve. More than 45 Nurse Practitioners have already worked with Kinstead to start and grow practices of their own.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage your independent NP practice
• Select the patient population you wish to serve
• Set your own schedule and work hours
• Build and grow your patient panel over time
• Oversee clinical care while Kinstead handles business operations

• Are experienced FNP, PMHNP, or other Nurse Practitioner
