START Bus: Teton Valley Commuter Bus Driver

Full-time, year-round position.

About the role

Transport commuter passengers to and from Teton Valley over Teton Pass and drive local routes in Jackson. Residency required in Teton Valley, ID where the route originates.

Responsibilities

• Operate commuter buses on routes between Teton Valley, ID and Jackson, WY
• Drive local transit routes within Jackson

Requirements

• High School graduation or equivalent
• Wyoming Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger (P) endorsement
• Experience driving passenger buses
• Residency in Teton Valley, ID

Pay

Hiring range $62,400 ($30/hr) – $66,560 ($32/hr) depending on qualifications.

Additional compensation:

• $1.50/hr shift differential for Teton Pass routes
• $37.74/day report stipend when required to report for valley routes without driving the commuter route
