Stars Program Specialist (Bilingual Chinese or Vietnamese)

Job Summary

The Star Programs Specialist assists with deploying and implementing member experience improvement strategies, collects and tracks member feedback, and collaborates with various teams to resolve member-related incidents.

Functions & Job Responsibilities

• Engage providers through educational approaches to address member abrasion points
• Drive providers to participate in Clever Care Health Plan's quality improvement programs and health-centered incentives
• Collaborate with management and Customer Service Team to support process improvement
• Facilitate provider notifications and create training materials
• Maintain quality improvement functions and report results to management
• Participate in Stars activities and evaluate project results
• Identify and address process gaps requiring remediation

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, minimum 3 years in healthcare, minimum 2 years in quality improvement, managed care or similar experience
• Knowledge: CMS Star Programs, HEDIS, CAHPS
• Skills: Team player, leader, strong communication, writing, proofreading, and grammar skills, excellent organizational skills, proficiency with MS Office, ability to travel

Physical & Working Environment

• Must be able to travel when needed
• Office environment and/or remote work
• Frequent contact with staff and public
• May work irregular hours based on business needs

Wage Range

$72,800 to $80,000 per year
