Starbucks Manager

Overview

Our Outlet Managers ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining reputation and great customer service. They must coordinate a variety of activities for other related outlets, such as Room Service and Bar. Responsibilities include managing the business performance of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food, service, health and safety, and leading a team.

Qualifications

• Read, write and speak English
• Prioritize two to three years of fine dining experience
• Hold a Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, if applicable
• Communicate effectively with the public and other employees
• Meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction
• Have previous supervisory/management skills and experience
• Have an 8th grade math level
• Have a high school reasoning level
• Have a 12th grade language use level
