The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. Let me analyze the content and structure it according to the rules. Key rules: - Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) - Use
  • for lists,

for prose - Do NOT repeat job title as heading - Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings - Preserve ALL substantive information - Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions) - Include section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it - Never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") - Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them - Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones - Output ONLY HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Now let me parse the content: 1. Pay information: Starting hourly rate $15.75, pay range $15.75-$23.65 per hour. This is specific pay info, so include Pay section. 2. "ALL ABOUT TARGET" - company description, could be "About the role" or "About the company". The rules mention "About the role" as a heading. This is more about the company, but could fit under "About the role" or maybe a general intro. I'll use "About the role" for the company/role overview. 3. "ALL ABOUT FOOD & BEVERAGE" - describes the team. Could be part of "About the role". 4. "The Role Of a Starbucks Barista Can Provide You With The Skills And Experiences Of:" - this lists skills/experiences. Could be "Skills" or "Qualifications". But it's more about what the role provides. Might fit under "About the role" or a "What you'll gain" section. The rules don't have a specific heading for that, but "Skills" is listed. However, this is not requirements but what you'll learn. I'll include it under "About the role" or maybe a separate "What you'll learn" but not a standard heading. Better to fold into "About the role". 5. "As a Starbucks Barista, No Two Days Are Ever The Same, But a Typical Day Will Most Likely Include The Following Responsibilities:" - this is clearly Responsibilities. List of duties. 6. "WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR" - this includes two parts: "This may be the right job for you if:" (soft skills/preferences) and "But, There Are a Few Skills You Should Have From The Get-go:" (requirements). Also "We Are An Awesome Place To Work And Care About Our Teams, So We Want To Make Sure We Are Clear On a Few More Basics That We Expect:" (physical requirements, schedule flexibility, etc.). These are Requirements/Qualifications. 7. Benefits: There's a link to benefits and eligibility URL. The posting says "Find competitive benefits from financial and education to well-being and beyond at https://corporate.target.com/careers/benefits. Benefits Eligibility Please paste this url..." This is specific benefits info, though it's a link. Should I include a Benefits section? The rule says never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does state benefits and provides a link. I'll include a Benefits section with the info. 8. ADA accommodation info - this is legal boilerplate, should be removed. 9. Applications accepted on ongoing basis - application instruction, remove. 10. Spanish translations - keep? The posting includes Spanish translations for some parts. Should I include them? The rule says preserve ALL substantive information. The Spanish translations are part of the posting. I'll include them in the relevant sections. Now, structure sections: - Pay: specific pay range given. - About the role: company description, team description, what the role provides. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: what they're looking for (skills, experience, physical requirements, schedule flexibility). - Benefits: benefits link and eligibility. Schedule: The posting mentions flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) but not a specific schedule. It's mentioned in requirements. Could be a Schedule section? The rule says never create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It states "flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays)" but not specific hours. Might be thin. I'll include it in Requirements or maybe a separate Schedule section? The rules list Schedule as a possible heading. But the posting doesn't give a specific schedule, just flexibility. I'll fold into Requirements. Qualifications vs Requirements: The rules have both. The posting has "WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR" which includes both preferences and requirements. I'll use "Requirements" for the list. Skills: The posting lists "Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required" and other skills. Could be a Skills section. But the rules say use Skills heading. However, the posting mixes skills and other requirements. I'll combine into Requirements. Let's outline:
