ALL ABOUT FOOD & BEVERAGE

The Food & Beverage team ensures product is fresh, in stock, available and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. They are experts of operations, process and efficiency. This team leads food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all Food and Beverage areas of the store.

DEMONSTRATE A CULTURE OF ETHICAL CONDUCT, SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE

• Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws.

SCAN, HANDLE AND MOVE MERCHANDISE EFFICIENTLY AND SAFELY, INCLUDING FREQUENTLY LIFTING OR MOVING PRODUCT UP TO 10 POUNDS AND OCCASIONALLY LIFTING OR MOVING MERCHANDISE UP TO 44 POUNDS WITHOUT ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE FROM OTHERS

• Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving product up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others.

FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULE (E.G., NIGHTS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS); COME TO WORK WHEN SCHEDULED, WORK SCHEDULED SHIFTS AND TAKE REQUIRED MEAL AND REST BREAKS

• Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); come to work when scheduled, work scheduled shifts and take required meal and rest breaks

ABILITY TO WORK IN ENVIRONMENTS THAT WILL INCLUDE REFRIGERATION AND FREEZER TEMPERATURES AND CONDITIONS; WHERE COMMON ALLERGENS MAY ALSO BE HANDLED OR PRESENT

• Ability to work in environments that will include refrigeration and freezer temperatures and conditions; where common allergens may also be handled or present.
