You’re the perfect blend of efficiency and friendliness—crafting coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other menu items using established recipes and procedures while maintaining consistency and presentation. From the first cup to the last, your focus helps keep quality steady throughout the day. A perk of the role is staying active and engaged. You’ll organize and maintain a clean, safe work area, restock supplies, and ensure equipment and service areas are ready for continuous use. You’ll collaborate with team members to keep workflow moving smoothly, especially during busy periods when timing and coordination matter most. Customer interaction is a key part of the role; you’ll greet customers, take orders, answer questions, and help make each visit a positive experience. Whether it’s a regular stopping by or a new customer exploring the menu, your consistency, attention to detail, and approachable service help create an environment customers want to return to.
