At Battery Outfitters, we're not just selling batteries — we're solving problems, saving days, and making sure people leave with exactly what they need and a smile on their face. When someone walks in stressed about a dead car battery or a busted key fob, you're the person who fixes that. We're looking for great people to join our Rogers, AR store. No battery expertise required — we'll teach you everything. All you need to bring is a great attitude and a genuine desire to help.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine their needs
• Provide the right solution for customers, including testing and installing batteries (car, watch, etc.)
• Answer phones and ring up sales
• Maintain a clean and organized store
• Work as part of a team that values doing things right and supporting each other

Requirements

• Friendly and genuinely enjoys helping people
• Dependable — your team counts on you
• Willing to learn and grow
• Comfortable with basic tools or open to learning
• Detail-oriented and safety-minded

Retail experience is a bonus but not required. If you're the right person, we'll train you.
