Standard Screens Team Lead - 1st Shift

Location: Rice Lake, WI

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Pay

Hourly range starts at $23/hr with overtime potential.

Responsibilities

• Project a positive attitude, be open and willing to help others, and maintain excellent attendance
• Conduct daily safety audits and ensure all employees wear appropriate PPE and operate safely
• Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills to foster a cohesive team environment
• Collaborate across departments to resolve conflicts and facilitate smooth operations
• Understand quality expectations and ensure quality procedures are consistently followed
• Perform set-up and troubleshoot all equipment and products in the department
• Assist the supervisor with daily planning and scheduling activities
• Conduct regular 5S audits to maintain organization and tool availability

Requirements

• Mechanical skills
• Attention to detail
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery
• Experience with lock out/tag out (LOTO)
• Understanding of machine guarding
• Team lead experience (preferred)
