What You’ll Do as a Standard Jobs Coordinator
- Prepare, create, and upload Standard Jobs and PM Checklists using SOC (Service Option Collaborator)
- Audit, edit, and maintain the existing Standard Jobs library
- Work closely with Product Support, Service, Shop, and CVA teams to develop new Standard Jobs and maintenance processes
- Ensure job data is accurate, organized, and up to date
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to service operations and job standardization
- Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of data entry or related administrative experience
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across multiple departments
Preferred Experience
- Experience with DBS, SOC (Service Option Collaborator), or similar service management systems
- Experience supporting service, maintenance, or product support operations
- Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment, maintenance programs, or PM processes
