Responsibilities

• Review Data Entry of Program Funding: Review promotional funding regularly to ensure accuracy, completeness of information, proper coding, and full compliance with audit standards, as well as ad hoc responsibilities.
• Management of Promotional Accruals: Responsible for Chain/Distributor-related funding, with the responsibility for regularly communicating to Sales the request for updates, additions, and adjustments to the accruals based on estimated and actual promotional costs, while adhering to established financial close deadlines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external partners to validate promotional accruals. This role requires strong customer service, along with clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ad HOC projects &/or various department support functions, as needed.
• Leadership and Guidance: Act as the subject matter expert for assigned Chain/Distributor accounts. While all employees receive foundational training, Leads hold specialized knowledge
