Stand Up Reach Forklift Operator: Receiving/ Night Shift

Production warehouse role in a multi-temperature environment (freezer, cooler, dry). Transport incoming freight to inventory, replenish pick slots, and maintain efficient production flow while adhering to safety, GMP, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Transport incoming freight from staging areas to assigned warehouse slots using forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Replenish and re-stock pick slots in a timely manner to ensure production efficiency.
• Perform safety checks on equipment, obtain necessary supplies, and prepare for operations.
• Inspect incoming freight for damage, perform temperature and quality checks, and take appropriate action.
• Locate proper storage slots, set pallets in place, and enter product data into RF units.
• Replenish pick slots based on next day’s work orders and rotate date-sensitive stock.
• Remove outdated inventory and disperse over-stocked items to available slots.
• Handle empty pallets, cardboard, and strapping, inspecting and storing pallets properly.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and maintain a safe work area.
• Recharge batteries, replace them as needed, and complete vehicle inspection checklists.
• Secure all equipment and complete necessary paperwork at the end of the shift.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Experience with Standup Reach Truck.
• Stable work history with demonstrated reliability and dependability.
• Able to work scheduled/assigned times and required overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift, stack, and pull products weighing between 10-35 pounds, and occasionally up to 60-90 pounds.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Pay

$21.00 per hour plus production incentive.

Schedule

11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Sunday night through Thursday night.
