Stan/Eval Specialist - SECRET Clearance with Security Clearance
Essential Job Function
- Examines, evaluates, investigates eligibility for conformity with laws & regulations governing compliance
- Performs other compliance & enforcement inspection and analysis activities
- Maintain flight testing materials (i.e. test bank, answer keys)
- Update certifications and qualifications on GTIMS (i.e. Form 8, Certificate of Aircrew Qualification)
- Interface with HARM/SARM to ensure accuracy of personnel certs and quals in ARMS
- Create, review, maintain aircrew records (Flight Evaluation Folders)
- Plan, administer, monitor & report testing/training events & completion status of personnel
- Cordinate upcoming/overdue testing, evaluation, training requirements
- Maintain aircrew qualification level summary (Letter of Xs); prep data for STRP, Squadron Certification Boards, and SEB
- Provide evaluation/testing status & trend reports to squadron leadership/OGV
- Update squadron EFB program w/every new publication release & FCIF release
Minimum Qualifications
- HS/GED Diploma required, College coursework desired
- SECRET Clearance
- 2 yrs working in DoD flying unit (Active Duty, Guard/Reserve, Contractor, or Civilian)
- Able to operate the following systems/programs: computer-based management system (GTIMS/GDSS2 or equivalent), SharePoint websites & communities of practice; MS Suite
