Stainless Steel Prepper / Assembler

Key Responsibilities

• Measure and cut stainless steel corrugated hoses to precise lengths using saws and measuring tools
• Clean and prep hose ends, ensuring surfaces are free of debris and ready for welding/braiding
• Assemble and crimp fittings, flanges, and couplings according to blueprints
• Conduct pressure testing to ensure zero leaks and structural integrity

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with industrial hoses (specifically stainless steel/braided)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tape measures accurately
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Working in non-air-conditioned facilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
