Kitchen Equipment Assembler

Servco Equipment Company, located in St. Louis, Missouri, has been building hardworking commercial and institutional foodservice facilities since 1947. With our in-house design staff and metal fabrication shop, we specialize in the construction of custom, turnkey facilities for customers of all sizes—including hospitals, corporate offices, hotels, casinos, and correctional facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform final assembly of custom stainless-steel counters, cabinets, and conveyors
• Install millwork panels, sneeze guards, and equipment components
• Use hand tools and power tools to assemble products to print and specifications
• Absorb and assist with assembly tasks involving electrical wiring, plumbing connections, and related components (as required)
• Read and review drawings; ask questions to ensure correct fit and finish
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet Servco standards
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Collaborate with the fabrication team to meet production schedules and deadlines

Requirements / Qualifications

• Working knowledge of 120/208/240V electrical and ability to route/run proper wire for equipment
• Ability to cut and size copper, work with ProPress, and solder unions/fittings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic issues during assembly
• Comfort working with stainless steel during final fit-up of counters/cabinets/conveyors
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, work independently, and contribute to a team environment
• Physically able to stand for long periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive assembly tasks
