We are seeking Finishers to support custom stainless steel equipment fabrication for food, pharmaceutical, and industrial clients. Responsibilities Include Grinding, deburring, blending, and polishing stainless steel components and welds to meet cosmetic and sanitary standards.Following drawings and job travelers to ensure accurate work.Inspecting surfaces and using a variety of hand and power tools.Maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced shop environment.Collaborating with fabricators and welders to deliver turnkey equipment.Growing skills in metal finishing, blueprint reading, and precision manufacturing. Qualifications And Skills Experience with stainless steel finishing and welding support.Ability to interpret drawings and follow detailed instructions.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Strong attention to quality and safety standards.Team-oriented with good collaboration skills.
