What You'll Do

• Create content: photos, videos, reels, and stories.
• Motivate young people to participate – both online and live.
• Think about marketing, actions, and renewal of our youth approach.
• Occasionally get your hands dirty with practical tasks, such as making and sending action packages.

What We're Looking For

• Enthusiastic about nonprofits, social impact, and youth activism.
• Communicative and enjoy writing.
• Creative and find joy in organizing youth initiatives.
• A degree in Communication, Marketing, or (Digital) Media, or can convincingly argue why your studies are exactly what we need.
• Skills in video or design? Great! But learning is also possible.

What We Offer

• A full-time stage from February to July 2026 in a team where you really make a difference.
• No coffee break stage, but a place where you can think, create, and make an impact.
• Good guidance, ample space to learn and showcase your talent.
• Ruim space for fun: think of game nights and drinks (not obligatory).
• A stage allowance of €400 gross per month for a full-time stage (38 hours).
• And above all: you work together with young people to make a difference for age-mates who live with hunger.

About the Workplace

Zip Your Lip is the youth action of World Vision. World Vision is one of the largest Christian development organizations in the world.
