About the role

Support two permanent Marketing & Publicity staff members with marketing and communication for films, theatre performances, and in-house productions at Castellum. Full-time internship offering a unique behind-the-scenes look at Alphen a/d Rijn's theatre.

Responsibilities

Execute PR plans
Maintain the website
Manage social media channels
Write mailings and newsletters
Devise publicity campaigns
Assist in organizing and executing special activities
Create materials such as flyers, posters, and narrowcasting
Conceptualize and create creative content for Facebook and Instagram (video and stills)
Maintain a content calendar
Liaise with impresarios and partners
Actively participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions
Other tasks based on your skills and interests

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a HBO/WO program in marketing, communication, or (social) media
Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
Affinity with writing creative texts
Affinity with creating social media content (shooting and editing videos, capturing content)
Full of ideas and enjoy bringing them to life
Practical, enterprising, independent, creative, and socially skilled
Strong writing, planning, organizing, and collaboration skills
Sense of responsibility for your work
Knowledge of Adobe programs and video shooting/editing is a plus
