About the role

Center Parcs Limburgse Peel is looking for a reception intern to provide a warm welcome and unforgettable stay for our guests. As the first point of contact, you’ll greet guests with a smile, offer service with energy, and ensure they feel at home from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, both in person and by phone
• Provide information about the park, surroundings, and facilities
• Book reservations and activities for guests
• Issue and collect keys for employees
• Greet guests at the E-ticket check-in outside the reception
• Collaborate with colleagues from other departments, such as Guest Service during emergencies
• Handle a variety of daily situations, as no two days are the same

Requirements

• Enrolled in a relevant program (e.g., tourism, hospitality, or leisure management)
• Hospitable, eager to learn, and flexible
• Enjoys working with people and has a positive attitude
• Knowledge of German and English is a plus
