Stage HR bij Center Parcs De Huttenheugte

About the role

You will join a dynamic HR team at Center Parcs De Huttenheugte for a 12-month part-time internship (16–32 h/week) starting February 2026. The role is open to students in MBO or HBO Human Resource Management programs with less than two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment: screen candidates, post vacancies and maintain contact with applicants and managers.
• Create and distribute HR communications (e.g., labour-market posts, internal updates) using social media and Canva.
• Assist with onboarding to ensure new colleagues receive a warm welcome and smooth start.
• Handle administrative HR tasks and learn day-to-day HR processes.
• Contribute to projects and suggest improvements to HR workflows.

Requirements

• Enrolled in an MBO or HBO HR-related programme.
• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken); English is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
• Self-starter with good social and flexible attitude.
• Driver’s licence preferred; on-site accommodation available.
