About the role

12-month part-time internship (16–32 hrs/week) starting February 2026 for students pursuing an MBO or HBO in Human Resource Management with less than two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment: screen candidates, post vacancies and maintain contact with applicants and managers.
• Handle HR communications (social media, Canva) for labour-market outreach and internal updates.
• Assist with onboarding to give new colleagues a warm welcome.
• Carry out administrative HR tasks and learn day-to-day HR processes.
• Contribute to projects and suggest improvements to HR workflows.

Requirements

• Enrolled in an MBO or HBO HR programme.
• Self-starter with strong Dutch (written & spoken); English is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Social, flexible and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s licence preferred; on-site accommodation available.
