Staffing Supervisor

Location: Broken Arrow or Sallisaw, OK

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Dispatching: Oversee daily, weekly, and long‑term personal care staff schedules; manage real‑time dispatching for call‑offs, emergencies, and last‑minute changes; optimize staffing efficiency; serve as primary contact for urgent scheduling issues.
• Care Coordination: Coordinate care services to ensure continuity; communicate schedules and changes with clients, families, and caregivers; support care plan implementation; escalate and resolve care‑related issues with clinical or management teams.
• Team Leadership & Support: Supervise scheduling and staffing coordinators; provide guidance to caregivers on scheduling procedures, timekeeping, and attendance; promote accountability, professionalism, and timely communication.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate scheduling records, service logs, and staffing documentation; ensure practices align with Oklahoma regulations and company policies; support EVV compliance, payroll accuracy, and audit readiness.
• Performance & Process Improvement: Monitor staffing metrics, overtime, and coverage trends; identify opportunities to improve workflows, response times, and care coordination; partner with leadership on operational goals and service quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in staffing, scheduling, dispatching, or care coordination.
• Strong ability to manage high‑volume schedules in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, workforce management systems, or similar tools.
• Ability to handle urgent staffing situations calmly and effectively.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience.
• Experience with EVV, payroll, or timekeeping systems.
• Preferred: Experience in sales, home care, healthcare, human services, or field‑based staffing.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Oklahoma healthcare or human services regulations.
