Staffing - Occupational Health Nurse III

The position is primarily located in Concord, NC but will require travel to other various sites in Trivium, Newton, Hickory, Winston-Salem, and Wilmington, NC.

Pay

$52.00 - $56.00 per hour

About the role

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide occupational health services for employees in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on injury and illness assessment, case management, regulatory compliance, return-to-work programs, emergency response, and employee wellness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses within RN scope of practice
• Manage occupational health records and maintain OSHA compliance
• Coordinate workers' compensation, disability, FMLA, and return-to-work programs
• Support emergency response and employee health initiatives

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
• 5+ years of nursing experience
• Current CPR certification
• Experience documenting in Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Preferred Qualifications

• Occupational Health nursing experience
• Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN or COHN-S)
• Emergency Room (ER), ICU, or Medical-Surgical nursing background
• Experience in a manufacturing or corporate occupational health setting
• Experience with workers' compensation, FMLA, disability management, and return-to-work programs
• Passion for employee wellness and workplace safety initiatives
