About the Role

The Staffing Manager oversees end-to-end workforce operations for a large-scale IT contract. Key duties include managing staffing, onboarding, offboarding, and resource management to ensure the right talent is aligned with program needs. They coordinate candidate interviews, facilitate new hire onboarding and transitions, and serve as the primary point of contact for resource management. The role also involves maintaining staffing metrics, identifying process improvements, and supporting operational tasks to enhance staffing efficiency and employee experience. Periodic local travel and support for special projects are required.

Requirements

• High school diploma with 11+ years, associate’s degree with 9+ years, or bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in resource management, staffing, workforce planning, or program operations, preferably in a government contracting environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of organizational structures and operational processes within government programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large government programs within cleared environments.
• Experience with enterprise platforms like ServiceNow.
• Professional certifications in project management or related fields.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
