Position Summary
The Staffing Coord-Workforce Specialist maximizes MultiCare’s labor resource efficiently through the end-to-end cycle that begins with schedule creation, continues during the proactive work to fill open shifts, and throughout the precise placement of scheduled staff. The overall objective is to drive the coordination of all scheduled staff to ensure correct staffing levels are matched with the most appropriate resources available, providing quality patient care while exercising stewardship.
Requirements
- Minimum two (2) years of post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and additional experience
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with staffing and attendance management in a scheduling system required, Kronos preferred
- Previous experience in health care staffing and scheduling preferred
