What You’ll Do
- MATCH caregivers with client schedules
- MaintAIN accurate, real-time scheduling
- COMMUNICATE with caregivers, families, and office leadership
- SUPPORT recruiting and onboarding efforts
- WELCOME and GUIDE new caregivers
- AID nearby offices when needed
- HELP keep the care team INFORMED and SUPPORTED

Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Monday–Friday availability (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Reasonable commute to Pottsville office
- ORGANIZED and dependable
- WillingNESS to LEARN and GROW
- Staffing or scheduling experience HELPFUL but NOT REQUIRED
