Responsibilities Of a Clinical Resources Coordinator Assisting nursing management with recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling of staff, Distributing and tracking central supplies Qualifications For a Clinical Resources Coordinator High School Diploma or equivalent required. Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Program required. Clear and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the state of practice.
