What You'll Do
Fill in and provide coverage for open and agreed upon shifts
Provide daily personal care support to residents including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
Follow resident care plans and complete appropriate documentation to support continuity of care
Conduct regular rounds on residents to provide consistent, individualized support
Assist residents during mealtimes and with mobility equipment
Build meaningful connections with residents and work collaboratively with team members
What You'll Need
- 18 years of age or older
- Current and active New Jersey CNA certification (required)
- At least 6 months experience working in long-term care setting (required)
- Flu vaccination (required)
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
