About the role
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for analyzing data using Teradata SQL*Loader and other tools to load data into the database.Responsibilities
- Design and implement data loading strategies to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform data quality checks and ensure data integrity throughout the loading process.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data loading issues to maintain system availability and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in data loading and management.
- Proficiency in Teradata SQL*Loader and other data loading tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
- Experience with data quality and validation processes.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and practices.
- Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Skills
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and scripting languages.
