About the Role

This position is customer service driven, outgoing, friendly, and enjoys people. You will greet residents and guests as they arrive and depart, offering baggage, package, grocery, parking, and information assistance.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the needs of arriving and departing residents.
• Greet and assist residents and guests with baggage and package handling.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, guest registration, and provide directions for shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel.
• Maintain equipment in working condition and report any maintenance issues for repair.
• Resolve and follow up on all complaints or issues.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Valid Florida Driver License.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous similar experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Heavy lifting required (baggage handling); ability to lift 50–100 lbs.
• Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time.
• Ability to work in different environmental conditions (e.g., heat, cold, wind, rain).
• Handle, finger, grasp, and feel objects and equipment.
• Reach with hands and arms.
• Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information verbally and in writing.
• Navigate the property and building quickly and easily as required.
• Complete all required forms.
• Ability to work extended/flexible hours and weekends.
• Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
