About the role

We are seeking a Professional Services Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact cybersecurity projects, particularly SIEM migration projects, for our client base. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in client-facing Project Management/Service Delivery roles, with a proven track record in managing complex technical projects. Experience with cybersecurity solutions and project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall is highly desirable. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills are essential, along with the ability to guide and mentor delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact, fostering trust and rapport with the client while driving adoption and consumption of SentinelOne products post-sales.
  • Guide each engagement from initial scope definition and kickoff through detailed planning, execution, and closure, ensuring all objectives are met.
  • Translate customer priorities and technical requirements into actionable, measurable project deliverables and success criteria.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and negotiate resolutions for complex issues.
  • Deliver regular, transparent updates on project status and key metrics to clients and internal stakeholders, and identify process gaps to implement SOPs for delivery efficiency.

Requirements

This role requires a US citizen due to Federal & FedRAMP regulations. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and may be subject to a secret clearance if required by their role at SentinelOne. The base salary range for this U.S. role varies based on location, ranging from $132,000 to $165,000 USD.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in a client-facing Project Management/Service Delivery role within Professional Services, with a proven track record managing complex technical projects, preferably SIEM implementations and migrations.
  • Experience with cybersecurity solutions (EDR, XDR, SOAR) is highly desirable, along with solid grounding in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a strong plus.

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with strong organizational ability across multiple simultaneous projects.
